What was he doing?
I am handling all the end-to-end hospital operations, staff scheduling, patient registrations, inventory, and administration. I have to sort through all the paperwork by tonight.
Doctors in mid tier hospital spend most of their time managing the hospital rather than actually checking patients.
Doctors spend nearly 16 minutes per patient just on digital records, more than the average Indian consultation lasts. Day after day, those minutes become half a workday lost to screens and paper trails instead of people.
